I’ve been fascinated by the power of language for as long as I can remember. I grew up constantly telling stories, writing books, and even penning my own memoir at the age of nine. I knew early on that words hold weight and influence. Great prose and a well-timed phrase can stop me in my tracks. And I’m enchanted by people’s ability to influence and lead because of how they use their words to connect.

So, I guess it was only natural that I’d seek out a career writing and helping others communicate more successfully.

I’ve been fortunate to work for U.S. Presidents, write for the executives at McDonald’s and support leaders at many other Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial businesses as well as companies in distress.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the broad brushstroke of corporate communications, including communications strategy, internal and external communications, coaching and writing for the C-suite. I’m frequently engaged to help businesses with planning and messaging for large scale initiatives like change management and business transformations, mergers & acquisitions, corporate integrations, along with employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, HR and innovative culture strategies.

I’m energized by the discovery of what makes every company and client distinctive, remarkable and unique and helping get those messages out to the audiences who need to hear them most. My collective experiences working across a broad range of industry sectors and business environments, including university settings and the political arena, afford me valuable insights into diverse constituencies and a wide range of communications challenges and opportunities.
